Culinary Resources was founded in 1999 by Bob Ryan and Rob Anderson. Their intention was to provide quality food brokerage representation to the Central-North Florida Market. It began with a simple company philosophy; to grow business by growing that of the manufacturer. This philosophy remains the mantra of the company.
In 2005 Chris "Bubba" Asher joined the team when the South Florida Branch was opened. With this addition, Culinary Resources became a statewide brokerage. The company continued to adhere to its mantra by limiting the number of lines represented and abiding with a "quality first" principle list.
Along the way more than 10 key team members have been added throughout the state of Florida. The sales team is made up of seasoned quality personnel that create pride in the Culinary Resources' Family.
Moving forward Culinary Resources will continue to succeed with the simple, yet effective, business philosophy providing high quality food products to Florida's operators and food service distributors.
Our business philosophy has remained consistent since opening in 1999. Like all companies, our goal is to increase our revenues. We strive to do this through a limited principal listing, not an ever expanding and changing one. This affords us the opportunity to be experts in the products we represent. We realize that we can only reach our target through successful and continued relationships at the Operator, Distributor, and Manufacturer levels.
